2½D

A tactile exploration of paper as both material and method. The showcase includes a hand-bound book documenting process, theory, and reflection, alongside a curated table installation of experiments, my mess, and a paper light object. Together, they reveal how imperfection, play, and physical making can lead to deeper, more human-centred design- inviting designers to rethink the role of process in creative work.

why 2½D?

2½D captures the space in between- the dimension that forms when paper holds thought, memory, or emotion. A flat sheet becomes more than a surface; it gains depth, presence, and potential. It’s not quite 2D, not fully 3D- but something more alive, something in between.
